Our house is available for rental from 20th April 2026, for at least 12 months. The house is located at Furulund, Ostersund, which is about 10 minutes driving from the city centre, or 20 minutes cycling. There are also buses going to the city centre within 15 minutes. At Furulund you can find natural environment and hiking/skiing trails nearby. The house is about 122 square metres, with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and 2 balconies. We use underground heating. There is a large backyard of over 14,000 square meters. A garage is available. Furnished or unfurnished, with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, TV available. Monthly rental fee is 13,000 SEK + electricity fees. Minimum rental of 9 to 12 months. Further rental beyond 12 months is possible. We look for a couple or a family who love the nature and do not smoke. Pets can be considered. Please message me if you are interested :)
